If you're new to the Resort, one thing we make a point of doing during your stay is having a Wednesday Night Potluck. This isn't something new; matter of fact, we got to thinking about it, and as close as we can remember, this is a 35 year tradition! Last night was our first big one of the season, 24 in attendance. It was a beautiful night for it, too! It's simple....the bonfire is started at around 6:30 or so. Mosey on up between 6:30-7:00 p.m. with your plates and silverware, drink of your choice, the meat you want to cook for yourselves, and a dish or two to pass and share with other Resort members. Sometime before Wednesday, either Ted or I will be around and can give you an idea how many people we are expecting. Dishes to pass have consisted of S'mores fixins', macaroni corn casserole, green bean casserole, cheesy potatoes, cupcakes, fruit salad and buffalo chicken dip just to name a few! You really can't go wrong...there's something for everyone!
