Wednesday nights are a big deal at the Resort! The fire gets started before 6:00 p.m., so plan on getting there by 6:30 p.m. to start grilling. Usually, people bring 1-2 covered dishes to pass for the potluck. We always have a good variety to choose from! Last night, for instance, we had 1905 Cuban salad, chocolate cake, banana bread, baked beans, pea salad, cauliflower casserole, green bean casserole and potato salad. Remember, you're responsible for your own meat to grill, plates and silverware, and drink of your choice. You can grill steak, hot dogs, brats, hamburgers or chicken....whatever you choose! It's nice to be able to meet other Resort guests and not have to cook a whole meal for your family for one night. And, a special thank you to longtime Resort guests Ron and Angie Wuestenberg from Illinois for our Campsite sign. We found the perfect place for it!
